Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit challenging at first as the initial rooms were not acceptable, very dirty. Finally, we got a suite that was large, comfortable, and exactly what we were expecting in the first place. The lovely gardens added to the pleasing experience of the stay.
The Heritage Suite offered comfortable rooms, but fell short of expectations with plain furniture and signs of wear. The service was warm and hospitable, albeit with occasional lapses. The location was convenient for exploring Dublin and beyond. The dining was satisfactory, yet presented some minor inconveniences. The hotel's facilities were decent, though not exceptional.
The hotel is located in a superb spot, close to where we needed to be in Maynooth. The rooms were quiet and had the appearance of a room used precisely for that purpose. The service from the staff, especially the two administration girls encountered, was excellent. However, the dining experience wasn't worth the price, and the self-service buffet setup was a bit annoying. The facilities need updating, but the extremely warm and helpful staff made up for it.
The hotel has a convenient location just outside the city, making it easy to reach major parts of the country. The rooms, while average, were a bit dated and lacked proper maintenance in some areas. The service was very welcoming and friendly. The dining experience, however, fell short with cold options and limited variety. The surroundings of the hotel provided a beautiful drive up to the manor with historical significance.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with some dated elements, but overall a comfortable stay. The staff provided mixed service, ranging from unhelpful to incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring historic sites and major routes, although slightly further from town than expected. The dining experience had its hits and misses, with enjoyable options but lacking some variety. The hotel facilities were decent, though some cleanliness issues were noted.
